Hey jam buddies! After years of letting recipes slowly pile up stuffed into the pages of our favorite jam book “Jam On” by Laena McCarthy (excellent gift for jam makers old and brand new!), we finally got around to sitting down and writing them all down. You know, for posterity. The days of scrolling past tantalizing pictures of the jams of yesteryear with no way to get your paws on ‘em are over. Fruitslinger Jam may have closed shop in June 2016, but we figured we’d share the wisdom gained through trial and error by making these recipes available to the world. Perhaps we’ll spark the jam-making spirit in another soul and some small part of Fruitslinger will live on!
