JUNE JAM - GINGER PEACH

Finally, our very last jam is Ginger Peach, a rich summer flavor with some kick in the nose. You won't be forgetting it any time soon.

MAY JAM - RASPBERRY ROSE

Sending off spring is a wonderful Raspberry Rose that's a little tart, a little floral, and a lot of flavor.

APRIL JAM - KIWI STRAIGHT UP

How fierce can a jam with two ingredients be? Allow us to surprise you. We're clocking in spring at kiwi-point-lemon miles per hour, and we're not slowing down. This tangy, sour jam has a smooth consistency that will leave you happily puckered.

March Jam - Strawberry, Pinot, & Mint

Imagine this.

You get home after a long day at the office. You bring in the mail, hang your coat on the rack in the hallway, and draw yourself a bubble bath. A tumbler of whiskey. The vanilla-scented candle the Robertsons gave you last Easter. It's time to relax. It's time to indulge. It's time for Fruitslinger Strawberry, Pinot Noir, & Mint jam.

Only Fruitslinger Strawberry, Pinot, & Mint jam has the natural jamminess your body craves. Its elegant, full-figured entrance, notes of California sunshine, and long-lasting mint finish will melt your troubles away. With a full child-size serving of berries of and wine, this jam is the perfect start - or end - to any day.

Sincerely,
Your friends at Fruitslinger Jam

February Jam - Double Blood Orange Marmalade

We know things can get a little toasty on Valentine's Day – so we're here with jam! In the spirit of bringing two together, we've canned a Double-Blood Orange Marmalade that uses two different varieties of the fruit: one sour, one sweet. We'll let you and your main squeeze decide who's who. We're not here to editorialize.

January Jam - Grapefruit and Smoked Sea Salt Marmalade

We're starting 2016 off right!  We have for our Jam Club members an irresistible new American-style marmalade.  Grapefruit's lush flavor is brought to full flush by the smooth undertones of smoked sea salt with this zest-only smooth marmalade.  We took a trip down to San Francisco's very own Spice Ace - an incredible store in the Fillmore lined with jar upon jar of creative, flavor-filled spices - and got ourselves some Chardonnay Oak Smoked Fleur de Sel.  We are not playing around here, folks.

We also went to Alemany farmer's market and bought a 25 pound bag of Star Ruby Grapefruit and rounded out that flavor with meyer lemons from our new friend (and lab mate!) Bibo Khatib's own backyard lemon tree in Oakland, California.  We're all kinds of local.

Let us know what the jam tastes great on or with, and we'll be sure to put your findings up on the Recipes and Pairings page.  Enjoy your jam!
